"Nice room. Awful TV. The TVs really need upgrading. Lovely shower. Polite staff. Not as bubbly and friendly as usual but still efficient. "

"The staff were very friendly, our accessible room was spotless, and the shower had a chair, not one of those fixed to the wall things! It felt very safe having a shower :: The only improvement would be to place a chair in one of the changing rooms by the sauna/steam room/gym, as getting showered and changed after having a steam/sauna was difficult!"
