"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

"Everywhere is immaculate, clean, polished, every detail perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and polite, no-one passes you in a corridor or anywhere without speaking. The food is a work of art too. You are made to feel a million dollars during your stay, such a beautiful hotel! You cant help but notice the attention to detail in EVERY litte thing. The breakfast was expensive and to be honest wasn’t very good for the £28 plus service charged. It arrived to our room cold which was disappointing but it didn’t take away from the overall experience which we thought was great. We will be back. "
