We booked the stay based on how we were spoken over the phone when contacting the propery prior for some details. Great Bombay Saturday dinner selection - what a lovely extra surprise. Lovely, attentive and efficient staff, every one, from chefs to reception. Peaceful landscaped grounds for refreshing wander after long drive. Superb value breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."

"Room cleaned but had very old smell. Construction sound outside (they can't help it but just be aware) I plugged in my laptop and it blew the fuse in the room. Parking is pricy as is the restaurant but still nice to have. Staff, fantastic - no notes."
