"Just got back from our stay could have done with a fridge . And Netflix all so shower kept flooding and heating to hot to sleep know widows to get fresh air but other then that it was a nice hotel "

"Great location for exploring Bristol and if you’re planning day trips, as the bus station and train station are easily walkable. Staff were very friendly, though I did have to ask for something a couple of days in a row. The breakfast area looks very inviting. My room was a fair size but a little on the scruffy side - possibly due to damp, as the extractor fan isn’t great and the windows don’t open much, so lots of condensation. WiFi was terrible, ending up using all my data - as the connection...

"The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing."

"Big problems with room entry cards , they didn’t work so every time I left room couldn’t get back in , so was up and down in the lift getting staff to open the door, ruined the weekend "

"Cama doble pequeñísima. No hay armario; solo unas perchas al lado de la puerta, muy poco prácticas. El ascensor estaba estropeado, y tenía pinta de llevar mucho tiempo así. El baño está mal organizado, y hay que hacer maniobras para entrar y salir. Todo el hotel está cubierto de una alfombra muy raída, que da aspecto de sucio."
