"We loved our week in The Marina Suite…the staff were so friendly & our suite was sparkling clean everyday! The location is the best in Victoria. Walking Dallas Road or Esqualmait trails is right out our door. Shopping is fab & the culinary scene is a 10! We will be back! L & J"

"Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel."

"Stayed with my sibling in a basic studio room with a single bed. Homestyle comfort with a dishwasher, stovetop to cook on, and other kitchen appliances available in the room. Bathroom had a standing shower AND a deep tub for baths (I'm 5'11" and 250 lbs so this was very exciting for me as bathtubs don't fit me most of the time lol). Note: the water flow was low so may take a long time to actually fill the tub. I didn't end up using it for this reason. There weren't any of those travel size...

"Fantastic hotel just out of the city centre. Room had a stunning view over the harbour, was clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful with a few amenities we’d forgotten. Didn’t try the gym or pool as spent our time out and about but strongly recommended for visitors to Victoria."

"One chair in a four person room and we were denied a second chair when we requested one. No tea in room and Keurig did’nt work!"

"No breakfast. BLOOD on the wall in bedroom and headboard. I spoke with the manager who asked if i wanted it cleaned or another room. I said i wanted to go to another hotel and she told me that since it was 20 minutes after checkout, id only get charged gor the 2 nights i stayed if i left now. WOW. I spoke with expedia CS and i was told id get a credit of 150 points on mu account. Im mot sure what that is worth but i still have yet to see it in my account "
