"Waited 1 hour for the shuttle "

"My room was on the first floor and it was insanely loud. I woke up 3 or 4 times through out the night due to action in the lobby when I had to be up at 5am. Also the breakfast was not great at all. But the coffee was good and ready by 5am"

"There were a number of great features. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle service was a great benefit. My only complaint is that one of the drivers frequently seemed impatient or frustrated with riders. Otherwise, it was a great experience."

While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. "

"We were very unhappy with the cleaning. It was obvious that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was a pair of dirty socks from the last visitor on the floor on the left side of the bed. Shower head needed tightening so it could be adjusted and leaked. The toilet rocked on the floor and had a lot of chalk that was obviously not fixing the problem. There was hair on the bathroom floor that didn't belong to us. It's an old hotel that needs some help. Bathrooms need to be redone and updated. ...

"We went in for breakfast and the poor waitress was run off her feet with little to no help in sight. She was doing her level best and was treated rudely by some guests where I almost wanted to step in but didn’t. I was proud of her for not engaging with them in a negative manner. The food, when she could finally get it to us was hot and delicious."
