"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle...

"This hotel was such a disappointment. We booked this hotel based on pictures, affordable rates & close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport featured on Expedia. When we arrived, we were literally speechless. The hotel lobby looks NOTHING like the pictures shown. The lobby was dark and dingy. The furniture was quite soiled and had a funky smell. "The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. "This property is definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Although the towels appeared to be washed, they still had many stains, which was quite unpleasant. The walls are very thin, when people talk outside, it sounds like they are inside your room. The air conditioner is very old and blows directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to use during the night. Our room also had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which made me feel unsafe during the stay.
