"Unfortunately I believed the good reviews on this hotel when I booked. Will not be staying here again. Rooms are old, dirty and worn. Bathroom smelled like sewage, dirty towels. Strange smell in room. Mosquitoes everywhere, my daughter got bit multiple times in the hotel cafe. AC not working in hallways, elevators and lobby bathroom. Sketchy people outside, even heard a day employee tell the night employee to lock the front doors and "stay safe" staff were nice, but not enough to make up for...

"The room smell musty. I had to leave the bathroom vent on all day. To take most of the smell out. The included breakfast was OK. But there was little variation, they served the same breakfast selection the 3 days we stayed."

"I liked the place. Would stay again. My main issue is how things are called. I stayed in the superior room, which is what they call the wheel chair rooms. They aren't bad rooms but it felt like a bait and switch. Theres also a destination fee thats like a resort fee. None of these are deal breakers, but it would have been nice if these would have been clearer. Would stay again with these issues. I just would know about it ahead of time"

8.6 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (3.516 ulasan)
"The Biltmore in Los Angeles is a jewel from the 1920s, full of history and architectural beauty. Our room was clean, and the staff was helpful, but this lovely property could use more care and a renewed sense of life. Given its current condition and maintenance, the room rate felt too high.
The frequent extra charges and expectations for tips also took away from the experience. Parking was the biggest disappointment. We arrived after 6 p.m. and expected the expensive parking fee to cover 24...

"The hotel staff was excellent and we were met with an upgrade and free breakfast. The hotel itself is really dated. The rooms need a makeover . You can tell that the hotel was shut down for several years and possibly reopened too soon. The pool and reception area are both very nice and appear to be renovated."
