"Some hair was on the bathroom floor and the sink was dirty, the toilet was detached from the floor and felt loose. The room that I got was next to an Exit door and it was soooo noisy since 5 am. Breakfast was good, nothing special. "

"Stains on the window curtains, and on the shower curtains, the toilet seat was dirty never cleaned. There were stains on the pillowcases, stains on the walls, refrigerator and microwave had handprints and food all over them. There was a hole in the ceiling stuff with tissue. I would not recommend this hotel."

"What a hidden gem in Nashville. Its in the 12 South neighborhood which is always bustling with friendly people and surrounded by small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The hotel is more like a small apartment building and the place is so nice. Our room had a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove top. Its about a 8 minute ride to Broadway and maybe 4-5 minutes to the Gulch area. Highly recommend this place if you want to be close to all of the Nashville...

"Staff was great our whole stay! We even left an item that was important to my kids, and they were all incredibly helpful. They stayed in contact for updates about shipping the item back. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs there. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. Pool area was clean. Rude receptionist, she had a a lot of attitude & not willing to help, all her answers were short & clipped. Don't expect to get a room before check-in (4pm), I got there at 2:30 & wasn't allowed to check in until 4, I was told yo come back later. If you have parking troubles she, the receptionist,is no help she directs you to the street and suggests you scan a QR code or figure it out with the valet. Asked for help with the TV that wasn't working in...

"Unsure how this location received the reviews it has. Was placed on the top floor, which was extremely loud. Parking was $40? Pillows are terrible. The shower dripped all night onto the weird drain in the shower which makes a noise. Wouldn’t stay here again. Very clean though "
