"This was my first time staying at the Gilmore Hotel and using an app for check-in. At first, I was a little unsure, but it was actually very easy once I downloaded the app. The parking is convenient, but it does cost $40 per day. My tip: make sure you complete your check-in and get your parking code first. The hotel itself is a really cute boutique hotel with lots of character. "This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year."

We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep.
