"Check in was not ready at 3pm. Room was not clean and ready. They gave us a different room that was also not clean. There were dark stains on the curtains. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart and bathroom dirt would not close. Very visibly dirty linoleum and carpet.Fridge did not work. The lady checking in was very rude and unprofessional, the young man that checked us in was polite. Did not want to stay there with my small children as they touch everything and it was very visibly dirty."
