"The room was very nice and spacious. Heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus! My room was quite and the bed is very comfortable.
Two negatives regarding this hotel. First, some of the staff seemed very snooty. Second, upon my check out, the attendant told me that I owed $300 "discretionary fee". When I told him that I was not informed of this when I checked in he told me that he would remove it. I am not sure if it was taken out of my incidental fee since it has not been credited to...

"The room was amazing. Everything controlled by in-room remote control. Love the dressing room and bathroom design. It was simply a great stay and one which you would expect for a high end 5 star hotel in London. We have stayed at the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges, Goring, Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz, and we think we like the Peninsular hotel room the best so far. "
