"First time we stayed here and it will not be our last!! Check-in was swift and although early, we were told they could swap rooms allowing us to check-in immediately. The room was beautiful, clean, huge bed, quiet and had waters, chocolate and coffee/tea facilities. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. When we checked out, we were able to leave luggage - Mohamed was lovely and made sure everything was safe. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Strand Palace is a fantastic hotel, it sits in the perfect area for tourist attractions in central London. We would definitely recommend and certainly use again on another trip. It is what good hotels should endeavor to work towards."

"Great hotel for short trip perfect access to central London .. close the station to heatrow super nice people work there also a cápsula hotel the rooms .. but for 1 day or 2 perfect price location clean etc "

"Excellent setup in hotel with super comfortable beds, free coffee and such with large lounge for working and relaxing, and easily available free sundries. Only comment, and it did not affect my stay, is a couple of items related to a drywall patch and cracked shower floor tile that will require some TLC in the future. Recommend this hotel for anyone."
