"I decided to save a little money on my trip to London and book at a pod hotel. It was my first time staying in a pod. The building is conveniently located in Soho and just a 5 minute walk to the Tube & the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and a Tesco market right across the street. The area is super busy and lots to see. "The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other...

"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"

"This is such a great location, right in the heart of London - steps from the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. The hotel itself is a good price for the location and the rooms were clean. We had a third adult sleeping on a sofa bed which saved money and was ok for the short stay. "Awesome and unique lobby, amazing rooftop deck, and super delicious breakfast buffet! The room was small but high tech. But the location next to Tower of London and the tower hill tube stop was phenomenal!"

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."
