"Buenm"

"Great location to access the tube and Victoria Coach Station to catch our cruise transfer to Southampton. Great breakfast buffet. Stay away from the rooms adjacent to the elevators."

"Excellent looking cation. Anthony was super charming and helpful arrange ng transfers for us - he really was a highlight! Stay was prepaid, had to leave early, still waiting for refund of 1 night."

"Todo bien !!! Solo falta un rampa para subir las maletas es incómoda la llegada ."

"Nice place to stay on your first time in London."

"helpfull"

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was very nice and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. "Perfect"

"Such a wonderful place! Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always superb. A special thanks to Natalia who greeted us each morning at breakfast and made our day start with a smile! The new bar they had had a super DJ and great vibe on Saturday night. Already booked our next visit."

"Great location, good service and range of food options, helpful staff - had a pleasant stay"

"All staff was excellent, helpful friendly and went above and beyond including the manager Dan who accommodated a special request. Excellent food, drink, entertainment, and conversation. The room was comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. We will return!"

"Clean, good sized room with helpful staff. Gym is okay, the hotel is a large conference hotel and looked a little tired in places but for the price it was good and well located very close to Gloucester road tube station."

"Excellent stay!"

"While the hotel is older, upkeep was good - clean rooms & public areas. Staff were friendly. Amazing location in Marylebone and walkable to Oxford, Regent, and neighbouring areas. Many great restaurants nearby. Got a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated!"
