"I’m writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I arrived early, around 3 p.m., to double-check if my name was listed on their booking system. The hotel’s lack of a visible sign and its skeptical demeanor made me hesitant.
Upon returning for check-in, I was met with a five-minute wait for a front desk representative to come from outside. They were simply hanging out, waiting to check me in after check-in.

"Nice hotel, a bit run down on the outside but the room was clean. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Good breakfast, numerous choices each day. Better than the typical hotel breakfast. We would stay here again."

"Stains on the chair in the room, outlets hanging , wires hanging from the air conditioning and heater unit, stained shower curtain, plaster in the bathtub shower, wouldn’t even use that shower…

"Positive:
I was concerned when I saw that our room was directly next to the elevator. This is something I try to stay away from because of noise. But the way the room and bathroom are set up, we had no noise issues whatsoever. It was a nice surprise. Other than that we really didn’t spend much time at the hotel so we didn’t really take advantage of any extra amenities it had to offer.

The light switches were messed up-hard to navigate. But this is minor.

"The heating and cooling unit was hard to figure out. The fan did not ever stop blowing even on low. If I set it for 71 it was too cold and blew cold air. If I set it for 72 it switched to heat and blew heat. There is no 24 hour coffee in the lobby so if I wanted coffee I had to buy it. Breakfast was not complimentary and it was expensive for breakfast.
The hotel is convinently located to get on and off 131 and there is a shuttle to the new music venue that was very convinent. The room was...
