"All the tables and floors were scratched or damaged. Pool table was in terrible condition and there was no pool chalk. When I called for some it never came. Really no reason I would be coming back here unless there is no where else to go. Even then I might just stay at a hotel"

"We really enjoyed Sam’s and all the amentities and things to do, especially with having our teenager with us. We loved being in Vegas and having the experience but in a place that’s clean and where you don’t get heckled by people constantly. The only reason I didn’t rate excellent was because the pool was closed. That would have made this trip perfect. "

"I don’t even know where to start, but here it goes. I chose this property because it has 9.4 stars, no casino, and appears to be more family friendly than others at comparable prices. First, our TV was not working, we flew in late and I called the front desk to see if they could fix it. They told me there was no maintenance for the rest of the night.
