"u had to stay 7 days in order to get room service to clean room and it's a fee for that how dirty and I stayed 5 days it's a distance from everything and it's only 1 real restaurant to eat from which is closed many days of the week u just book and your on your own after that. "

"Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room.
Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in...
