I called and front desk came to swap out the tv for a smaller one. From there i complained that I would leave and there was no housekeeping visit to change the sheets. "My wife and I have celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at BW -Flagship quite a few times and we love the location close to the beach and the area surrounding the hotel is very quiet. We love the balcony views and the easy travel from other Hotels/Casinos and Restaurants in town not to mention the Atlantic City Boardwalk . The rooms are always clean and staff friendly and helpful. We’ll be back"

"Front desk was friendly .We recently stayed in a remodeled room. It was clean and spacious. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We used the heated indoor pool which was clean and a short walk from our room. The fire pits are lovely. There is a $15 a day fee for parking which is absurd being that it's the only option."
