"Everything was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with our needs. They noticed when you came and went. They gave helpful tips about the area. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the kitchenette was well stocked. The location was convenient to many attractions that New Orleans has to offer, such as the WWII Museum. There was a nice dog park, pool, bbq and basketball/tennis courts, even a convenient laundromat. Rolling luggage racks made loading and unloading our vehicle nice...

"The room was clean and the location was walkable and away from the craziness of Canal Street. The Valet car size limitations should be more clear though. We drove in with a Truck that was accepted the 1st night by the valet but the 2nd night we were told it shouldnt have been accepted because it was oversized , they parked it anyway but glad we didnt bring my Suburban becuase it's longer then our truck and too high to fit in the self parking garage. If you are driving in with a Truck or SUV call...
