Got to hotel late that evening around 10 pm. Checked in and went to the room. Disinfected like normal. Turned pillow over to spray and a bug is crawling on the back of the pillow. Went to front desk complained. And was given another horrible room. First the ac unit was unusually loud and made a knocking sound. Second,...

"The staff provided superb service and allowed us to check into our room at 8:30 am. This worked out perfectly after disembarking from our cruise. We were able begin our sightseeing! The room was quite and very comfortable. Parking for our car was convenient and free. I would most certainly stay again."

"The Maison is a quaint hotel located in the lower Garden District with close proximity to the World War museum and right off the St Charles street car line. A peaceful relaxing place with security all day long. The property has a tropical southern colonial feel and is near some good restaurants and bars.
