"We stayed two nights mid week in mid May.
Check-in was simple with friendly staff. We chose the valet parking, which was also convenient and cost a few dollars more per day than self parking.
The room was clean with a "beach" feel. Comfortable but not spectacular. We splurged and booked a room with a small balcony overlooking the bay, bridge, and lighthouse, which was nice. The wood on the balcony could have used a cleaning or refinishing, and when the AC unit was blowing it was very loud on...

"Good location, friendly staff and very clean. However, check in was 4:00 and we didn’t get into our rooms until after 5:00. The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in.
Also, we were charged a $57 per room resort fee ( we had 3 rooms) but the pool was closed and the shuttle only ran on Sunday. We only got in our room at 5:00...

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"

"Hotel was nice, great vibe. The doors do not soft close so be prepared for that. The detachable shower head kind of hangs on the floor because it doesn’t fit in the holder. The restaurant phenomenal. "
