"I had no problem with my stay other than the fact that at any given time only half or fewer of the elevators were in working order, so there was often a large bottleneck of people waiting to get onto one of the working elevators. "My daughter and I stayed at the Times Square Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. The location is excellent and we found our stay very comfortable. A couple of things we didn't love: there was often no hot water in the showers in the morning, the door to the room had a huge gap underneath which let in noise from the corridor (we put a towel in front of the gap which helped), the restaurant in the hotel, while convenient, added a 20% surcharge for everything, even take-out coffee. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
