"Over the years, I stayed at Club Quarters multiple times. This hotel consistently delivers quality service. The location is conveniently located near multiple transit stops, including the Blue and Red lines for the L. The property is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer free water, tea, and coffee. It seems like such a small thing, but I really appreciate the free water stations on every floor. You aren't getting charged $10 for a small bottle of water like other hotels....

"Lobby smelt amazing right off the bat. All the staff everywhere were very helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was clean and very nice! I definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean and the property was well maintained, I was supposed to get bottled water and free meal and drink tickets with my stay and neither were provided. We had no water to drink in our room which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall stay was ok for what we were there for! The valet staff was probably the most helpful in accommodating our needs and were very friendly!"

"The vista rooms have a gorgeous view across the Chicago river. They also get a lot of street noise because it reflects off the high rises across the Chicago river. Nothing like hearing motorcycle engines, drunk wedding guests, party buses, loud cars until 4 am."
