"This hotel felt like the perfect location. It's super close to Bourbon Street, restaurants, museums, and there's a Walgreens and CVS close by as well. The hotel is very clean and quiet; although you can hear hallway noise (chatter, doors, etc). The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the complementary bottles of water was very nice and appreciated. Housekeeping came into my room every day. "Unfortunately, one individual ruined the overall rating of this hotel for me. To the point I’m fairly sure I would not stay here again. Baggage checking is a service we frequently use when traveling and the poor and almost threatening attitude of the gentleman working in the room during our stay eventually made me feel unsafe. This man should not be asking where my husband is and what his name is while taking me to a room other than the check luggage room. This felt very intimidating. Hopefully...

"The facility is very nice. The physical condition is wonderful. But the billing is TERRIBLE. It took me 7 days to get a receipt! To add insult to injury, I was charged for Valet Parking even though I pre-paid for it. I have had to pay for parking twice.
