"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at Reception were excellent.We were upgrade which was lovely, we were celebrating my sister birthday.We stayed in room 105 . The only small negative thing was it was a little bit of noise from the traffic entrance to the hotel and a vibration noise coming from the corner of the room. The Spa was very good.
We had a bar meal and drinks which we would really enjoy. There is a service charge of 10 % added on to your bill.

"Do not stay here unless you don't want to sleep!
The room was filthy, with pubic hairs in the shower, a mouldy drain, and a large ball of dark hair on the towel. The noise from the bars outside continued until 3am, followed by people shouting in the streets and bin men at around 4am. Even with earbuds, I could not sleep. I had to check out after just one night despite paying for two. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend."
