"I think this hotel is far from being a 3-star hotel. The pictures on Expedia look a LOT better than the actual condition of the rooms. My room looked pretty beaten up, and the room was never super clean. I have stayed in 2-star hotels that are in way better condition than this one. The breakfast was also not great compared to other places. I also pretty much got robbed by the laundry prices (in other hotels in Vietnam, they were charging approx. 60k per kg. I paid approximately 500k for less...

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help. "ベトナムの建築事情のため客室には窓はなかった（明り取りの窓はある）が、日中は外出しているためさほど気にならなかった。古いホテルだと思うが、しっかり清掃してあり、問題なかった。 立地は旧市街にあるため、コンビニまで１分程度、大型のスーパー（ナッツやクッキーなど地元のお土産も安く売っている）も５分以内にいくつもあったため、飲み物を購入するにも便利でした。 スタッフは美味しいお店なども親切に教えてくれたので、ベトナムの地元料理からミシュランに出たお店まで堪能できました。おすすめです！"
