"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Clean upscale hotel."

"I liked this hotel and location was perfect. We walked to most sights. Only negative was I accidentally left my small white adapter plugged into the bathroom outlet. I noticed them immediately and asked them to mail it to me. The housekeeping staff said they didn't find it. I don't believe that."

"Decent sized room, lovely breakfast included, located by shops and tram stop, very good location, staff very helpful with luggage storage and early check-in. Would stay again if I return to Prague."

The only thing lacking was cream and...

"Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und ruhig."

"Guter Aufenthalt.

"Spacious, clean room. Breakfast had plenty of options warm and cold. Staff were pleasant. We did end up getting an uber in and out of town everyday which cost on an y £6 a journey. There are good transport links but for us, an uber was just more convenient."

"Very clean, quiet room. And comfy bed. Great breakfast."
