"Ok"

"All ways good to stay here when arriving or departing Bali. Great value and staff all ways pleasant. Booked in again already."

"When I arrived I got an "upgrade" that put me right under the construction on the roof. The construction ran from about 8 in the morning until 8:30 in the evening. For several days BEFORE I even checked in I received about 7 different messages from the hotel. When I checked in they asked for my whatsapp and my email. I declined the email (thankfully) and within 30 minutes of checking in they messaged me on whatsapp. I think I got 2 more messages via hotels.com. I blocked them immediately on...

"Everything and everyone was lovely. Food was divine. But wheelchairs were all broken and unsafe which was disappointing. I definitely will return"

"Tempat menginap yang direkomendasikan, terutama jika Anda menyukai satwa liar dan hal-hal yang berbau safari. Dari kamar Anda, dapat terlihat satwa liar seperti Zebra, Badak, burung, dan terkadang auman singa. Tsavo Restoran, tempat Anda makan ditemani singa, terletak hanya beberapa langkah. Cocok untuk keluarga..."

"Really run down area. Not a nice building. A odd smell, unhelpful staff and long corridors. Dont reccomend."

"great place to stay"

"Very peaceful setting. Staff very extremely friendly and helpful without being in your face. We had a deluxe pool villa with our own small pool - perfect. The hotel is slightly out of Ubud but they provide a free shuttle that drops you at a supermarket near the Monkey Forest. You can also walk into the centre of Ubud from there. There are a few restaurants nearby but better to get a taxi/Grab to go further in where there is an abundance of choice. Free foot massage is lovely"

"Good Service, Clean Rooms, Reasonable Price. Its good if you've got transport. It is conveniently located and near the airport. I use it for ad hoc stays when i need to move to Sanur, Seminyak and Denpasar. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Environment is decent. "
