"This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. "

"After the horrendous ordeal of dealing with American Airlines flight cancelled, sleeping in the pit of hell (Miami Airport), the stay at this hotel was a welcomed reprieve!! The staff was amazing. Stephanie was exceptional!! She welcomed us listened, provided us guidance and fair to say peace. We are so appreciative of our experience at the Sheraton and would recommend staying here."
