"Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location.

"The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bartenders were awesome and the drinks were amazing. If I return to Barbados I will definitely stay here again. We had an ocean view room and it was so relaxing."

"The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here."
