"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre. Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had. Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries. "I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs.
