"The Hotel was right next to the event that we went to. The bed was really comfortable, shower was great so the room was spot on. The staff were brilliant and friendly. Will definitely be booking for the same time next year. Price was brilliant as well."

"Enjoyed the amenities and great location 5 min walk to NEC. But had the worse couple of nights there due to noise. First night was what can only be described as a heard of elephants trying to jump into our room, very creaky floorboards and can hear everything through walls. Second night there was a party going on directly below us in the basement… complained about the noise after 10pm sounded like we were sleeping next to the DJ box , thumping music when trying to sleep as up early. "I love staying at the Westmead it’s clean and convenient to where I need to be. Staff are friendly . It could be brought up to date with decent heating in winter and cooling in summer - and a decent TV service"

"Very pleasant, stylish property with excellent staff. We didn’t use any of the facilities but our room and the ambiance of the hotel were impressive. Parking at the hotel and convenient access into Birmingham on foot or by public transport."
