"Upon check in, I was charged a $50 deposit. However I was unaware, until I checked the website that the deposit is actually only $20. I've been checked out of the hotel for a week and have yet to b refunded my $50 deposit I have spent days contacting them only for the front desk attendant to admit I should have only been charged $20 & not $50. Then the attendant went on to say I was being charged $20 for yellow stains on my sheets, which is absurd. I left that room clean when I checked...

"The building is in a nice location, and the unit was clean and well maintained. Checking in took over an hour since they use an automated system and don't have staff on site. In my case, the system wouldn't accept my drivers license"

This place is run down in a part of the city that should be maintained and managed by people who care about their environment. If I could give zero stars for this hotel I would. "Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"The property was absolutely disgusting. The photos provided on here are not accurate, it is not the same property. The smell of the place was awful, there was a hole in our room wall, there was filth on the walls. This place was atrocious, I went and bought new sheets and cleaning supplies to be able to stay here. I will never and I mean EVER come back to this place."
