"No parking, no drop-off/check-in loading/unloading area. Instead they're partnered with an overpriced valet service. Noisy all night, both from neighbors and from street-level activity. At least elevator access was key-controlled (although stair access is not), so the noise could have been worse."

The property is undergoing a remodel, and the lobby just plain stunk from the ongoing construction materials being used. Because of this remodeling, the entry from the parking garage was completely blocked, yet I still had to pay a self-valet fee of $30 just to park my own car-for less than a 24 hour stay. "It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. And we the restaurant we chose to dine at was decent. But next time I would probably check out the one on the rooftop"

"The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2.
