"Easy parking, fresh breakfast options, clean rooms, relaxing outdoor patio, and easy access to areas around Wake Forest and Raleigh. My only criticism is there were no extra blankets and notepads and pens. The fridge setting was too high too as my bottled water froze."

"I initially booked through expedia for the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to make a change. Expedia told me they tried reaching the hotel multiple times but received no response and as a result i was still charged for the first night as a cancelation fee. This was disappointing. During our stay, there were 4 of us in one room and we needed clean towels the next day(like everyday). When we asked housekeeping, the employee told us our room wasn't scheduled for service until day 3 and...

"It was ok ... the bathrooms could've been cleaner it was lots of hair in my shower and the floor of the shower has stains that look like dirt i tried to remove it with a towel but i guess its just stains but overall its a ok place to stay just clean the bathrooms a little better! "

"The key mashine was not working for at least a month. Only gave us one key. If you left the key in the room, someone from reception had to go up with you to open the room for you. Sometimes you had to wait a long time because there was only one staff member with the hotel in its max occupancy. Some members of the staff did not have any urgency to help with the situation. "

"Only two machines in the fitness center worked. I enjoy working out when I travel and this was disappointing. Sure, it doesn't have to be the most modern, but at least it should be operable. As a positive, the staff were amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the room and conditions were perfect. "

"Hotel is nasty, it needs to be renovated. The ceilings had mildew on them and a lot of dust throughout the hallways. The staff at the front desk are crooks."

"The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub which was "fixed" with roofing tape. The vinyl faux-wood flooring was a little sticky, but the surfaces generally seemed clean and it was quiet enough. There were no outlets close enough to charge phones on the bedside tables."
