"Reception was an easy check in, no lift to second floor, no help with suitcase. Room was spacious and had everything I needed fan iron tea making things (no dcaff options). Breakfast was basic again no dcaff options (i did ask for dcaff t bags and was told on order) they never appeared, gluten free options very basic no GF bread, the sausage were not nice, menu choices for dinner again very poor I had chips because only option, all staff were lovely. "Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care."
