"A very tired hotel, rooms & spa facilities. Bedrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Our sink & bath didn’t drain. The hand soap dispenser didn’t work. The spa is exceptionally tired. Mould around the sinks. Breakfast had a good selection but it had all been sat out for some time. Overall, a disappointing stay I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Shampoo and shower gels had run out. Bathroom flooded a bit as floor divider thing was a bit thin. One of the side lights by bed did not work. Was a lovely room. Great views. "

The receptionist was very helpful, welcoming and friendly! The restaurant food was good. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. Great for both adults and children. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. "
