"Stayed at two other California hostels in the past couple of years and this one was by far the best. Very private double bed, great bathroom facilities, and overall just a really great experience. My only complaint would be that the kitchen area is small. Hard for more than one person to move around in there."

"Loved the location! Walking distance from seaport village. The employees were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The only odd thing that I encountered that I think is worth mentioning is that the parking stalls in the parking lot are insanely small. I still highly recommend this hotel 100% but the parking lot gave me anxiety when trying to navigate with a rental car."

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to create a good guest experience. Any time I had a question, I had answers within minutes, and it really felt like everyone working there wanted to make sure my stay was special. Kathy at concierge was especially incredible and I’m thankful for all her help during my stay! The hotel has a fleet of Cadillacs...
