"Originally booked a room facing the lake. (Which we were excited about, since it was our 1st ever visit to NYC). Upon arrival they let us know that they had "maintenance issues" with our room and sent us to a different room. What a bummer.. Everything else was great! 5 stars for allowing visitors to check their bags in while they explore! (dont forget to tip those gentlemen) they were great! Clean hotel, friendly, and worth staying"

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"This isnt a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are deceivingly small. They post spacious rooms for the regular king rooms making you believe they are bigger than they really are, the room is very small. Confined to the perimeter of the bed area. They give 2 free water bottles the rest are $3 each afterwards unless you join some honors program which requires membership. Snacks in the lobby are literally $5 each which is ridiculous for small bag of potato chips. Breakfast is mediocre and expensive,...

"Perfect if you are spending the day out ad the rooms are functionaly just for speeoing and showering. Clean, great staff and great location. Amenities are basci: a tissue box would be a welcomed addition!"

"The location was wonderful! The actual hotel, not so great. Air conditioning was down 3 out of the 4 nights, maintenance came and fixed it and it went out again. We let the front desk manager know upon checking out and 4 employees chimed in on the air conditioning situation.. even the maintenance guy showed up trying to argue that it had been fixed! Very rude. 4 on 1. So unprofessional. Staff had no knowledge of the area. They had people standing out in the lobby acting as if they were there...
