"Central and walkable. Close to metro stations. Property is on a weird corner and street walking just outside can be tricky at first. Very close to Waterloo and Westminster tube stations so you can get anywhere pretty quickly. Hotel breakfast was great (we used it several times and would include it next time). Room was a little bit tight but that’s to be expected in Europe. Room was clean and service was good."

"First things first, the room was clean and well enough kitted out. Breakfast was fine too. And it’s in a great part of the city. There was refurbishment work going on so there was little chance to relax in the room as there was loud drilling/sawing etc during the day. I guess that’ll be good for someone eventually. Big disappointment was the gym and pool. As much as it is attached to the hotel, It’s £15/day, but do not expect to be able to actually use the pool. The hours are very restrictive...

"Room was spotless, very fresh, albeit on the small side, but with Aircon. No tea making facility in the room. Reasonably close to Canary Wharf Tube station - 15 minute walk. Staff very freindly, and easy DIY check-in."

"Staff, (Sid) was so nice, early arrival, . I was exhausted and he was able to secure me a single to crash in until my room was ready at 11 am. There are no amenities. This place is bare bones . It’s nicely decorated, but bring your own pillow. Beds and pillows are not comfortable."
