"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Breakfast was good and staff in the lounge was very polite and friendly. The only draw back wss the noise level, you could hear the trains running by."
