"Horrible of you are traveling with kids. When you get there at 4:00 pm, the pool os not open for thr kids. Some staff members tell you it is only for adults, some tell you certain hours, it is a mess. And the family pool is closed most of the time for repairs or maintenance. I paid almost $500 and my child wasn't able to go to the pool. Horrible service."

"Room was ok, hallways and elevator waiting areas were pretty filthy. Free parking with a room is really just $5 off of 20 dollar parking when paying almost 300 for one night seems insane that parking wouldn't be included in the price or the "resort fee". Boogie Nights is a good time though"

"Valet was convenient and friendly. Ordered ocean view and barely got the side view of it. Hotel main entrance was clean, but dirty and outdated throughout. Many parts weren’t open. Our “Non-Smoking room” smelled like smoke. Especially the bathroom toilet area. It was nasty smelling!"
