"Swift arrival formalities. Courteous, cheerful and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel, including those seeing to the bedrooms. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast, Good parking arrangements, Departure was as swift and effortless as the arrival. It was in all aspects well up to the standard that we have come to expect from past visits. We'll be back!"

"The room was very difficult to find. The floors of the hotel were like a maze. You had to go to the second floor to come back up the corridor to get to the first floor. We got lost and took us a while to find the room. The receptionist did say it was confusing to find, so they are aware of it, would be helpful if they had someone to take you to your room as its not straight forward. We were very excited to try out the restaurant, but the food was a little disappointing and didn’t live up to...

"Good quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces Spacious room with all amenities. Only thing missing was a tray for the complimentary teas in the room to protect the side. Large well planned seating area in adjacent pub with cheap value food and drinks. Pleasant, helpful staff just not many of them. Would definitely use again!"
