"Beautiful hotel with the most excellent staff "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day. Thank you for letting us see the original side of Italy."

"Fantastic breakfast, nice updated property. Location is good, a bit out of the way but in a good way. Rooms were clean and modern with a spacious bathroom."

"Front desk is not really 24/7 as the description in expedia says. If you arrive late, there is no front desk person."

"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

Attractive and comfortable room, very helpful and friendly front desk staff — helped me practice my Italian — non-judgmental and also knowledgeable with recommendations and directions. Varied and excellent breakfast options. I really like staying in the Zattere, where there’s enough space to walk along the Giudecca canal and doesn’t feel congested."

"Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made."

"This is a quaint little boutique hotel. Very good bathroom. Rooms exceptionally with limited lighting. Staff VERY helpful. Be aware- rooms upstairs, now elevator. Staff carried our bags up and down. Location was 4 min walk from a couple different water taxi/publix transports. 15 min walk to st marks. Would definitely recommend"

"Very pleasant staff Great location"

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
