"I had a great stay at the Blufftop Inn and Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated. I especially appreciated the modern touches like USB-C outlets and a variable-speed ceiling fan. The bed was very comfortable—not overly firm like many hotel beds. The room also had a mini-fridge and microwave, which was a nice convenience. The location is excellent—very close to the Embarcadero and right across from a great breakfast spot. "Hotel was really nice, Staff very helpful, building was remodeled but the construction is some old style. No A/C at all & our room had a chimney. The balcony was facing the Morro Rock. Breafast was some fruits, oatmeal, juices & croissants filled with ham & cheese or spinach & feta cheese. Of course coffe & juices. Was very comfortable."

"Parking is safe and close to room. The rooms are always spotless. The staff is always polite and friendly. Just wish they have extra blankets during the spring and fall seasons. We've used them for the last five trips, and are no longer interested in seeing what others may or may not offer. We will be back this fall "

"We had a great stay at La Serena Inn! It’s location is perfect for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, and the pier. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean - I’d only wish their beds had frames that covered the bottoms so things wouldn’t get lost under. That’s my only critique - otherwise I highly recommend!"

"This is where I will always stay going forward. The motel is in a perfect spot, the rooms are charming and the owner Anne is a lovely person. She has created the rooms in such a charming way with beamed ceilings and lovely wallpaper. I wish that I had stayed here the last time. This will be a yearly go to and next time I will bring my kids and grandchildren. I truly can’t believe it for the price. You will be happy !"

"We were pleasantly surprised we had stayed here a long time ago, they have remodeled and it’s much nicer. Staff was friendly they’re pet friendly which is huge to us because we like to bring our little corgi! Rooms were clean and comfortable great location. Can’t wait for them to finish their outdoor space. Looks like it’s going to be beautiful."
