"The room was big, clean, and looked recently (past few years) remodeled. The bed, linens, and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the shower temperature/pressure was great. The room had good amenities like mini fridge, microwave, TV, luggage rack, and table/seating. Parking was plentiful and easy. Check-in process was quick. We brought our dog which was $30/night, and they gave us a bag of treats and poop bags. Pricing was very reasonable. The only issue was that the AC unit (unused) made this drip drip drip sound every few seconds for a few hours late at night. We unplugged it but it was too late to get help or switch rooms. We had to use earplugs to sleep. Reported to the front office in the morning."

"Easy to find a couple of blocks off the beach. From our slider we had a view of the city and the bay. From our balcony (room for a small table and 2 chairs). We had a view of Morro walk. It was quiet, very clean. Everyone was very nice, the clerk at the desk was very helpful and provided me with a plastic knife(cheese). I found the bed comfortable. It’s not Westin bed but you’re not paying the Westin price. I had multiple pillows one soft and one firm(perfect). This place is a great value and a nice place to stay. I love that they have two decks with tables and a view. I will most definitely stay here again."

"It was clean and bright our room only had one trashcan and it was in the bathroom and small. There was not a lot of extra towels, and the fridge kept making noise all night. Very thin walls."

"Close to restaurants and seashore"

"We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay. The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. Pro-tip: install heavy magnets to help keep the door in place. You may want to consider adding a lock."

"Very disappointed, we supposedly got the last two rooms available, so we thought for what we’re seeing on the pictures, hey we got lucky. Once we got there, we all felt deceived, they were on the 100s number rooms; right where no one can see them, lock of internet, lock of presentation, all patched up, with paint; old features, like if that particular room hasn’t been used for ages, lots of spiderwebs, when showering, water running out the glass making it very unsafe. I couldn’t work(sending and getting emails) the lock of internet blocked my iPhone’s internet, and when we had 2 bars (luckily) it took a long while to see it or do anything. Like I told the front desk, it’s not like we’re paying a penny or getting the room for free; for the 3 nights we paid close to $700.00. We waited for for a solution, but NEVER came, so I would NEVER recommend this place, felt cheated. Don’t trust the pictures on their website/ or promotional pages. It’s been a week since we come back and no decency of apologies NOTHING, it tells you a lot of this place."
