"We stayed in a family suit we loved that we 2 bathrooms, housekeeping wasn’t bas could’ve been better but if u call reception their quick to get you what u need. Buffet was pretty good had good selection and it all tasted good, the restaurants were good too. We loved the food truck at the beach burgers were yummy. Staff was so good too us, we became friendly with many and if u tip even a dollar they treat you very well."

"Food was very inconsistent often times cold even from the al a carte restaurants. Some of the staff seemed uninterested as well. As far as the facilities the pools were the best I have seen at an all inclusive or anywhere for that matter. The entertainment was average at best as well. If they improve the food quality and service the could easily reach 5 stars."
