"The rooms were not great. AC did not work and I called multiple times for it to be fixed, someone finally showed up looked at the thermostat and left and said he would come back and didn’t. They finally changed rooms 3 days in. First room shower leaked really bad. Moved to the second room AC worked, but fridge did not. Rooms were small. Food was fairly good. Night shows were fun."

Excellence Carmen Punta Cana - Adults Only All InclusiveUvero Alto
9.2 dari 10, Istimewa, (3.488 ulasan)
"We had a fabulous stay at the Excellence Carmen. Our room (private pool) in the Excellence Club was great. Our particular room had a bit of a walk to main areas and beach but it was peaceful and had a beautiful pond with wildlife. We absolutely loved the staff - Hector, Hendri, and Carlos with the Entertainment group. Along with Epi at the Excellence Club bar. Our bartender at the Bliss bar was also wonderful! Thanks for making our stay memorable.
Advice for others - pack bug spray!"
