"Rough start! The check-in had a long wait. The front desk staff gave me an already occupied room. Oops! The lobby bar staff was excellent, friendly and competent. Lots of evening entertainment, which is definitely a plus. The buffet had many, many choices. The waitstaff was less than knowledgeable about food allergies and dietary restrictions. "He llegado en Mexico a los hoteles Barceló, por lo que me fui con la idea que mi experiencia seria igual de buena. El hotel esta bonito, y las habitaciones se ven típicas del lugar, los alimentos de los reataurantes a la carta buenos, auque tienen costo de 15 y 30 dolares por persona. Los buffetes, en el desayuno muy tristes, casi sin proteína . Lo que de plano no me gustó, fue que tienes que pagar 5 dolares por salir del hotel, ya que no dejan entrar el servicio de ubers."

"We stayed for a week at the property in thee platinum area. We wad a wonderful experience. I can not say enough how fabulous all the staff were making our vacation a great time. Property was very clean and well maintained. It was that time of year for the seaweed. The resort kept it cleaned up and its one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again."
