We had a lot of luggage - the staff was kind and accomodating helping us arrange deliveries, as well as help carry our boxes up the stairs to the elevator. "I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"This hotel is amazing. Very pricey but the property and service is impeccable. Orchids and La Mer are fantastic restaurants. Coconut Cake is a must. You have got to eat at Orchids for breakfast seaside at Waikiki. Bar service and drinks are unique and delicious. Every staff member down to the lawn guys were friendly, made eye contact, and said hello. Concierge is excellent. If you like high tea in the afternoon I highly recommend"
