Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. There are many boutique hotels in London but At Sloane definitely stands out! "

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Pool wunderschön, die Betten super bequem. Die Aussicht fiel leider flach, wir schauten direkt auf die Hauswand gegenüber, nur ca. 2 Meter entfernt. Bademäntel und Hausschuhe gab's nur auf Nachfrage, das ist mittlerweile aber so üblich, die integrierten USB-C-Steckdosen waren klasse, kein Adapter nötig! Das Interieur macht viel daher."

"Main criticism is how much you hear the underground noise from the room. Didn’t sleep well because of it"

"The decorating is spectacular. Staff very pleasant and room gorgeous. However a nasty surprise to find the addition of a 60 pound service charge for staff, discretionary, which we had removed. This should be covered by the room charges which are very high indeed. "
