"Room is clean and feels pretty new. Also great area since there train literally drops you off at the entrance and a mall nearby.
The staff was amazing. I was only here for the night since it was close to the airport and needed a shuttle at 4am, which the associate asked before I got a chance to. She even offered to have breakfast packed for my daughter and I which is above and beyond! Highly recommend. "

"Staff were very helpful. Good communication via WhatsApp before our trip. Room was clean and adequate, bathroom has no counter space. All rooms are upstairs. When we arrived the desk manager was able to take our luggage up on the chair lift, but we left at 6:30 AM when the office wasn't open, so had to move suitcases down the stairs. There is a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open, so we walked about 3 blocks and found some adequate pizza."

"Breakfast was simple and 5 Euros per person. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop off to the airport/train terminal. This part of Fiumicino is a little far from the restaurants that are located north towards the strait. It is peaceful and calm. We booked the large suite that fit all 5 of us in one room, but only one shower/bathroom. Ocean views! There is a lift/elevator. Staff was amazing both front staff, after hours staff, and breakfast staff. Fantastic little pizza place...

"Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and train station. Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. "Amazing service from start to finish. It's rare that I find a hotel with all staff genuinely keen to provide a good service and be helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Silvia (or Silva - i didn't quite catch it) who served us lunch for several days and was really welcoming, kind to our kids, and remembered our choices from day to day. The reception staff were fantastic too. Ashamed to say I don't speak much Italian but the language skills of all the staff we met were incredible....
